Ethics Hotline & Web Reporting
Verify is committed to our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct in every business decision we make. Each employee, partner and stakeholder has the responsibility of reporting violations and for protecting from retaliation those who report their concerns.
This section of our website should be used to report specific concerns regarding Verify financial affairs, accounting practices, auditing matters, corruption, fraud, or other serious cases where the vital interest of the group of companies or the moral or physical integrity of our people are at stake by submitting an Ethics web report. Additionally, matters may be reported through usual reporting channels including line supervisors, any Human Resources representative, or any member of Verify management. If preferable, there is a telephone Ethics Hotline, which may be used to submit concerns verbally.
When using the Ethics web report or telephone Ethics Hotline, you are not required to identify yourself. However, if you choose to remain anonymous, Verify’s ability to investigate the matter may be impaired and we may not be able to fully address all of your concerns. If you choose to identify yourself, your identity will be treated confidentially and shared only with a limited number of people who have a need to know or who are responsible for dealing with reports and investigations.
Verify will not tolerate retaliation against any employee, contractor, or any other individual because they raised such an issue or used the Business Ethics web report or Ethics Hotline (or any other appropriate channel) to report an ethical or legal concern. Anyone who comes forward with concerns play an important role in maintaining our ethical workplace and high performance business, as well as in protecting our shareholder value.
